Creative has turned its attention to attract the girls with the new Zen Mozaic which has made a good entry into the market. The size of the new Zen mosaic is a little bulkier than its predecessor but the design is well suited for the Creative’s excellent sound quality. It is made up of a mosaic tile in the front which is very catchy and ostentatious. The external features are good with the buttons beautifully blended in the outer cover and also the model comes in three different colours namely black, pink and gray. The model can be connected to a personal desktop or a laptop through a USB pin with a 3.5 mm audio jack which is present at the bottom of the model. The model even comes up with other attributes like calendar, a splendid equalizer which allows the user to select the type of music and the model features a voice recorder and bass boost. But one can never expect higher than this for the price of 100USD. The model is very cheap and also has a good deal of various attributes which doesn’t come in other players. The good thing about the player is that it doesn’t need software for the synchronization. The price varies in various countries.

Transcend is a company which has released 2000 products ranging from flash memory to graphic cards. And one of their ventures is in the multimedia section where they release products which are comparatively cheap to others. The t sonic is also one of the products released by Transcend. The sonic 610 is an audio player which is also built using flash memory as the storage space. Because of the flash memory one can always use as a data carrier. These mp3 players have a stream lined physic and also come in a good variety of colours. The player also has a self-luminous OLED LCD display with a 4-way joy-pad which is pretty easy to handle with little learning. These players come in various storage spaces like 2 GB, 4 GB and also 16 GB in some countries. The players are small measuring only 70 x 34.5 x 15.5 mm and weigh just around 28 grams which is including the battery. The resolution of the screen is 128×64 and there are two colours displayed in the screen. There is also an auto tuning FM Radio station available and the channels can be saved in it. The player also supports all types of audio formats. The price is cheap and so if what you need is a simple player to listen to songs while travelling the t sonic 610 is a good choice.

With a lot of things going on in the multimedia market with things getting more smaller and more user friendly and just when you thought that there is no more to improve on, along comes the Archos 605 Wi-Fi comes into the competition with full energy.
The Archos is a French Firm and it is a distinguished company in producing the multimedia players and Archos 605 Wi-Fi is clearly one of their best.
It looks like a product that’s evolved over the years into perfection. Its sharply-designed aluminium chassis is slim and the brushed finish is a lot more practical than the ever-popular gloss finish of some products which you will find very attractive. And you’ll also notice a host of other practical things on the gadget before you even turn the thing on. It measures 4.75 inches wide, 3.25 inches tall which is pretty easy to handle when compared to the ipod from the apple. The resolution is about 800×480 for the video and also for pictures. The group of controls on the right of the player are rocker switches instead of standard buttons which are large, and that means they’re easy to control without having to use your fingernails to stab tiny buttons as in other players. The ipod shuffle was released by Apple Inc in 2005. The distinguishing feature about the ipod shuffle and the other models is that the ipod shuffle is a budget model. The other distinguishing features to be noted are, it was the first model of the ipod family to use a flash memory instead of a hard disk or a storage space. Also it is the smallest ever digital audio player ever constructed. From the date of release the ipod shuffle has spawned to three generations. The first generation model uses a USB pin to be connected to the personal computer. It was the second generation model the size was greatly reduced. The new model was less than half the size of the first generation model at 41.2 x 27.3 x 10.5 mm (1.62 x 1.07 x 0.41 in). Also it was the world’s smallest audio player weighing just 0.55 ounces. The second generation ipod comes in various colours. The only discomforting feature of the ipod shuffle is that the device can be controlled using only ipod headphones or third party headphones released and licensed by Apple Inc. The sales have crossed 20 million or more and what is more than the opinion of the general public that the ipod shuffle really rocks.

Transcend has nearly given out two thousand products till now. The main products of transcend includes flash memory, device driver, and sometimes audio and video digital player. One such player is the Transcend’s T sonic 840. This audio and video digital player comes in different storage space mainly 2GB and 4GB. There are also various colours to choose from, like silver, metal black etc. The t sonic uses flash memory for its storage and one can always use it as a data carrier as it can support any data format. The screen is 1.8 inches and it is scratch proof and the video played is of good quality and when a video is played the t sonic automatically switches to full screen. The video screen is made up of LCD and so the player has to be kept at some angle to watch the videos clearly which is sometimes uncomfortable. Even though the video quality is good the screen is just 1.8 inches wide which is somewhat small to watch a video. The audio part is very good, the player comes with a transcend ear plugs and they fit perfectly in the ear. During the audio part the screen shows all the details of the song like the artist, album, play count etc. There is also an equalizer where you can change the presets. The T sonic is only 75 Euros which is a good offer for a audio and video player with 4 GB storage space.
I pod nano

The I pod nano’s first generation was first available in the retail stores at 2005. Apple has designed the I pod nano with the classic ‘click wheel’ and since its release the I pod nano has gone through four generations of changes or models.
The primary difference between the I pod nano and the previous generations is that the previous generations uses a hard drive but the I pod nano uses a flash memory to store the data. All the models in the I pod nano has in built games like tetris, maze etc. Even games can be bought from the I tunes store which are compatible to the device. The model was a instant hit and the million mark was achieved within 17 days, also apple recorded a profit of billion USD in 2005 from the nano sales. The minimum requirement for the I pod to be supported in a personal computer is windows 2000 or mac 10.4. The display includes a bright scratch resistant screen with measurements 176×132 1.5″ colour LCD (1G/2G) 320×240 2″ colour LCD 3G 240×320 2″ colour LCD 4G. The I Pod Nano is definitely a thing you should look out for, if you don’t already have it. It has superb sound quality, high on-screen graphics, and a really cool keypad which I think is the reason for the big hit in I pod. The price may be a little high but it’s worth it.
