This model in my opinion is one of the best laptop to be in the market and of course some may even compare the vaio with the apple laptop. But the first place is always reserved for the ‘apple’ in my ranking. But those who feel like they need an alternative should go for this model. To be more specific with the model,sony launched its first model of viao as VIAO VGNS46GP/S. The interesting feature and also the major reason for its success is that it is suitable for both business men and also for home entertainment.
This model is equipped with a 33.8 cm wide, clear, bright and scratch resistant screen. The model weighs a mere 1.95 kg including the battery. As for the home entertainment, it is a walking home theatre with high definition picture quality. It is also armed with a NVIDIA Geforce Go 6200 with turbo cahce graphics accelerator that ensures excellent quality for all the games. For amplification of the sound it is incorporated with a Dolby virtual speakers and headphone technology that makes sure that the user gets the required 5.1 surround sound effects.
To maximize the performance viao is built on the latest Intel Core 2 Duo technology with 915 PM express chipset. The RAM is advances which includes DDR3 with variable size required by the user. The battery is lithium ion and can stand up to 5 hours without charging and even more in standby mode. All these features are included in a single sleek notebook which makes it one of the best.

Playstation 3 is one of the major competitors in the market for the xbox and the Nintendo wii which all belong to the seventh generation video game consoles. Playstation 3 is the third of its kind to be officially released by sony in 2005. Playstation 3 when released caused much hype that there were cops all over the sony showroom to prevent any violence from happening during the first day sales. The playstation 3 reached the million mark target within a few days of its release. After its release there were some unfavourable reviews in many sites which pointed out the high price and many of the present games were not compatible to play with the playstation 3. PC World magazine even gave the playstation 3 the eighth place in the ‘Top 21 tech screwups of 2006’. In spite of the initial bad reviews the playstation 3 after a series of price revision reduced the selling price of the console. After that the console gradually got good reviews from various critic websites and gained popularity. But no one can blame the authentication and the gaming of the PS3, the PS3 provides you with a astounding home theatre experience which makes some you fall in love with the PS3 after they have worked in it. The PS3 comes with a 60 GB hard disk and various multimedia files can be stored in it. The console can even be connected to the playstation network for multiplayer games. The console supports even Blue Ray DVDs and the output is a 1080p high definition. Some professional gamers idea is that the money spent on PS3 is not wasted.
Sony Ericsson T715

Sony Ericsson has added a new model to their T-series phones – T715. The stylish slider phone boasts of 3G connectivity and a 3 Megapixel Camera. But it looks so good that it catches your eye instantly. The back cover is Aluminium brushed and the phone has two colour variants – Galaxy Silver and Rouge Pink. It is handy and quite compact for a slider phone.
The keypad is larger and the font is bigger, thereby texting is easier. The larger 2.2” screen is brighter than ever and SE has promised that it’d fare better in the broad day light than its predecessors. And another welcome change is that T715 accepts MicroSD cards too. The home screen of T715 resembles a “Smart Desktop” where birthdays, appointments and global events can be viewed. Apart from this, regular features like TrackID, PlayNow and Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP, FM radio with RDS are also available. YouTube, Google Maps and Google Search are also interfaced in this classy mobile. Expected price is not released yet, though it’s believed to be in the $300 margin.
As for the limitations, there are quite a few. First of all, there is no autofocus feature in the camera and the video recording is also not upto the mark. And though the finish is glossy, the design is crappy and SE could’ve concentrated more on that.
Bottom-line: An assortment of G705, W705 and W595. It’d be better if you stay away from it unless you want to try a hand at the Tseries mobiles.

The playstation 2 is the gaming console in response to the Microsoft’s xbox and the Nintendo game cube. The playstation 2 is one of the sixth generation gaming consoles. Playstation 2 is the best selling gaming console with over 136 million sales till today. The success of PS2 has led to the development of new games some of which are due to release as long as 2010 making PS2 the longest ever gaming console. Thus the sixth generation is maintained due to PS2.
The story of PS2 is like a fairy tale. The models when released got less attention and only a few million people had bought the console. It was difficult for the console to find its way to the retailer shelf. The breakthrough came when Sony had tactically advertised PSP and revealing that PS2 is the first step in developing the PSP. And the second breakthrough came when the gamers started developing block buster games for the PS2. The PS2 was an instant success and the sales rocketed. The PS2 issues a twin shock controller which is till today a very cool piece of controller. The only negative issue about the PS2 is its size, the size is somewhat large and game cube being the smallest was proving to be a heavy competition to the PS2. Another issue is that the game cube support open market games which, is not achievable in PS2. But on the whole if one is looking for an economical and long term gaming console, the PS2 answers your call.
Cybershot S930

The cybershot is one of the products released by sony about which it should be very much proud of. The s930, as one can tell is the ultimate camera one could ask for. The model includes stupendous features and also a great feel of the cybershot experience.
The unique features present in the cybershot which are present in no other series are face detection, steady state image which are extremely useful when taking pictures in public places or other situations where there are lots of disturbances. The lens has a 3x optical zoom and the resolution is an astounding 10.1 megapixel. For viewing the photos, we can use the onboard 2.4″ LCD screen. The red eye removal is good in this model unlike the other models. The Face Detection technology is a mind boggling technology that can detect up to eight individual faces and controls flash, focus, exposure, and white balance to deliver accurate, natural skin tones with reduced or with no red-eye. It can also give priority to children or adults. Newly added Face Motion Detection can adjust the ISO sensitivity and accelerates the shutter speed automatically when facial movements are detected, reducing blur in the subject’s face. A new GPS unit is added that can upload the pictures to the internet and can be seen using the google earth.
